Welcome!

So, you want to trim up weightwise:

 

1. In the MENU where it says 'Tier 1' you can scroll down lists of recipes that we have put into Tiers starting at initial steps and leading eventually for eample to Tiers 4 and beyond as you develop more confidence. 'initial steps 1'  and 'more earlier steps'  form steps 1 & 2.  It's good to familiarize yourself with a programme and even consider setting a start date.

 

2. Please read the legal page in the main menu.

 

Our recipe quickskip will picture guide you through many of our recipe ideas and suggestions with links to the respective recipes. There are also other interesting things to read in the menu too.

 

4. If you want some further help with exersizes there is the Routine pages, we hope to add more to this in future but it does provide a good grounding of basics.

 

As mentioned on our homepage, all of the recipes are structured in a much more openly way which may be easier for some of you on our site www.Nostarving.com . Thank you

 

STOP DOUBTING YOURSELF!

 

It is our hope that you can understand that whilst we appreciate many foods and maybe more than you can possibly imagine, we are mindful of the affect that over-eating could have. That odd complacency, odd moments when you are having fun maybe. Yes important but whilst confidence is great, know where you are personally better off weightwise if weight is an issue for you.

With lots here but not overwhelmingly so, to get you well on way to your new healthier lifestyle.

You can get there, so it won't be easy.

Try to start today,

or set a date to and see how you are 6 weeks from then.
