Hot pineapple broccoli crunch?

I'd been quite and had purchased a broccoli a week or so earlier, wanting to do something with it but not knowing exactly what and before i knew it the thing had turned yellow on top. Maybe it had been ten days. I know i adore broccoli so i must have had good reason not to have cooked it fresh but neither could i waste it.

Ingredients:

Approximately 800 grams potato

A half slice of fresh pineapple

Some cut green beans

Broccoli

4 cloves of garlic

Some plain flour

an egg

Some breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper

Chop the potatoes into small pieces and put in a saucepan with some water in it and

bring to the boil. Then cut the green beans and place into a sieve and rest the sieve

over the pan of water which the potatoes are boiling in (Photo 3). You will want the

potatoes mashable and the beans part cooked almost crunchy.

Cut a slice of the pineapple i would recommend maybe an inch thick, trim it, remove

the core and and cut it in half. You could use both halves but one is fine (Photo 4).

Carefully remove the saucepan from the heat and the sieve and spoon the mashed

potato into a bowl and get your garlic ready (Photo 5) do not throw the water away.

Crush and chop the garlic finely and add to the water. Return to heat,
