Hot pineapple broccoli crunch?

When you have got the saucepan on the boil again and with the garlic added reduce heat after a few minutes. Prepare the broccoli by cutting it into florets (Photo 6). Carefully add the florets to the saucepan with tongs or a suitable utensil (Photo 7) being careful not to get burned. Turn the oven on and heat (mark 3 / electric) Mash the spooned potato smoothly then add some salt and pepper to taste. Add the cut green beans (cut to less than an inch) to the potato. Chop the pineapple into small pieces and add to the mashed potato and beans. Put the potato mixture into a tin ready for the oven. You will not need to grease the tin (Photo 8). Put the potato and green beas and pineapple into the oven. In the meantime. Place the egg into a small dish and beat the egg with a fork. Place the flour in a bowl and the breadcrumbs in a seperate bowl. When the broccoli is quite soft but not soft to where it would break, remove the saucepan fron the heat and whilst being very careful not to burn yourself carefully drain the liquid from the saucepan without damaging the broccoli or use a cooking utensil or a long fork to lift out and place the broccoli onto a separate dish. Then use a fork to hold the broccolli and first dip tha head of the broccolli into the flour, then into the beaten egg and then into the breadcrumbs. Place onto a baking tray/ sheet. When all are done (add pepper/ optional) put into oven on the baking tray.
