Savoy cabbage and plum

When you are certain that all of the ingredients are cooked and have cooled, carefully spoon the ingredients into your chosen food mould.

A small plastic saucepan can be good. Press down firmly and put into fridge to set for maybe half an hour.

The remaining soup water which is left in the saucepan should be absolutely delicious anyway and so very nutritious too.

Drink it at your leisure with crusty bread if not too weight conscious or if coming out of a diet regimen gradually.

After half an hour place a plate on top of the container and tip.

The ingredients because of the potato should have set.

Garnish with the plum.

Do a sprinkle of ground ginger or even a tiny amount of garlic salt according to your own taste (optional)
