Chunky bean onion
Some of you might have tried various of the recipes on the site and yes, i would be correct as i have in times past to say that i do not need to create any further suggestions because there is more than enough to get you well on your way with our three tiers on this site with occasional mentioning of tier 4 and of course the complete four tiers on www.Nostarving.com. Now and again though i remember a recipe and can it be added to. This was one of those very occasions and i hope you shall enjoy, of course some of you may also be drinking more fruit infusions than before, they are so delicious and if you feel they are too weak, there would be no harm in putting two teabags in. No harm at all. it is good to shop around on the fruit infusions because though they may look the same sometimes the ingredients vary and it too can make a really very nice change. On this site i have mentioned green tea too, green tea is delicious as with other teas, though personally i very rarely now drink the type which you'd add milk too but as rare as it may be it is also very nice and such a treat too. I have found that recently cardamom tea seems to be a real refreshing break from some of the norms or even some pressures and even if not on a weightloss programm, you should actually realise how you improve after a while but i'm not saying exactly how right now. The type i have been using again comes in a teabag form and it is actually really nice so try look out for it, of course if you aren't already using it? Some of the ingredients in this recipe are optional but i have used all of the ingredients listed and as i have mentioned before, if you have been using this or our other site for a little while you may well already have started to build a store of herbs and spices anyway.
Ingredients: Half teaspoon ground ginger 5/6 cloves of garlic 1.5 x Teaspoonful of Madras Curry Powder 4 cardamom pods 3 tablespoons of tomato puree A heap teaspoon ground turmeric 1 teaspoon mustard powder half coffeecup of porridge oats Two largeish firm cooking apples Level teaspoon -teaspoon ghee
2 small scotch bonnett chillies Level teaspoonful of crushed whole cumin seeds (place on chopping board and carefully chop, they are very small but as with scotch bonnett chillies make sure that you do it carefully as bits may fly off. Be especially careful with scotch bonnett chillies if you have children or pets and if possible wear gloves. DO NOT WIPE YOUR EYES WHILST CHOPPING SCOTCH BONNETT CHILLIES UNLESS YOU HAVE WASHED YOUR HANDS SO VERY CAREFULLY, OR REMOVED YOUR GLOVES.
One vegetable stock cube 3 sticks of celery Punnett mushrooms 1 x 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 fish stock cube 1 x 150 gram pot bio live yogurt 1 nice sized onion 8 fish sticks (optional) Green beans 1 heaped or 2 level tablespoon of onion gravy granules.
Put some ghee into a heavy based pan and turn on heat but on very very low, so as to melt the ghee but not burn the items you will add. Add the ground turmeric and the chopped chillies. The ghee will turn to an oil solution quickly, then top up by a quarter the water in the saucepan, you can add more after. Or third fill the saucepan. Remove the skins and cores and chop up the cooking apples and add to the saucepan including all of the ingredients listed here in blue. Then top up the saucepan if you only topped up a quarter or less before. When up to boiling, switch off heat and put lid on.
