Christmas had 2012 passed fairly smoothly, i'd put up my few decorations and actually drawn an eye on my sparkly reindeer with a felt tipped pen.

I laughed at some of the films i'd seen before on television and saw something new again in all of them too, one 'miracle on 34th Street' still for me held the same magic that it always does.

New Years Eve came. I was thinking, oh shall i have a new years resolution or not.....and what would it be? You can probably guess and maybe like you, that i had an idea? Or thought of doing something. Although the 20 setadates ad which we created on this page refers to smoking, why not read on and set-a-date to commence your weightloss plan and the beginning of your new future. You can do it.
