A.T.D.K 4235 (and two doves kissed upon Yao)

I had wondered about using orange zest with this recipe instead of lemon and about adding waterchestnuts, it would certainly suit im sure. Maybe you would like to try that?

It would also do well with some small chicken pieces or strips if non vegetarian etc or even some of the soya mince meat alternatives (but not too much / maybe half a coffee cup if that). Could also suit a crusty bread roll or a baguette. One of the nicer things about this is that the longer it is in the saucepan through the evening or if kept refridgerated overnight, the better it tastes (approximately 5-7 servings). Enjoy!
