Spoon the mash potato onto the soya and beans mixture.
Then sprinkle the remaining pepper (optional) over the top of the mash. Place in middle of pre heated oven at 200 or maybe gas mark 3 for an our. Check after 45 minutes.
Set an alarm clock if you do not have a timer.
Good to let this meal cool down i think but equally nice and different hot.
Add a slice of lime or even drizzle with it if it's cooled down (Photo left).
Or leave it in a fridge overnight and slice a piece off. Try it with some dijon mustard and some green pesto and a little tomato puree, (but not too much).
Pesto is often contains basil, cheese and nuts. Enjoy!
