Add the remaining bacon peices to all three mushrooms (photo 5) and place into oven on middle/top shelf 180 degrees for 30 minutes or into a halogen oven (low shelf) on 180 degrees with some water in the base of the oven for 25 minutes. If adding bacon, the bacon will crisp up nicely.
Remember though: If adding bacon, do not reheat bacon (unless it clearly states that you can on packaging)!
Be careful when removing from oven.
Enjoy hot or cold.
A glass of chilled lemon drink diluted with cool sparkling water was nice with this.
You might prefer to add more anchovies (if not dieting) and try it with a very strongly flavored very zesty orange. No pepper required or additional salt (unless you would prefer it like that).
